The undersigned Auto & Motori Srl, as Data Controller, hereby informs you (hereinafter referred to as interested party), also pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 27 April 2016. 679 “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter “Regulation”), that the personal data you provide will be processed as follows:
1. Purpose of the processing
Carry out a quick assessment of the reliability and veracity of your identity and provide you with the requested information.
2. Legal basis and assignment
The legal bases of the processing referred to in point 1 are the legitimate interest of the owner in examining the requests received, the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request or the execution of a contract of which you are a party. Failure to provide your contact details would only make it impossible for our staff to respond to your requests. The release of the data referred to in the “telephone” field is optional, this can allow us to manage your request more quickly; failure to provide it would have no further consequences.
3. Storage times
The data will be kept for the period of time necessary to process your request and in any case no longer than the terms established by specific legal obligations.
4. Recipients of personal data
The personal data you provide will be processed by appointed personnel, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Furthermore, personal data may be processed by third parties who provide instrumental services, including communication services, e-mail, technical services for site management and IT service providers. These subjects will receive only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the relevant functions and will undertake to use them only for the purposes indicated above and to process them in compliance with the applicable privacy legislation. The updated list of all recipients is available by sending a written request to the Owner.
5. Rights of the interested party
We also inform you that, in relation to the data itself, you can exercise the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the Regulation at any time (among which we mention, by way of example:
the right of the interested party to ask the Data Controller for access to the data concerning him, their rectification or cancellation, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing and to oppose in whole or in part the use of the data) by writing by post to the addresses indicated below or to the e-mail address: info@autoemotori.net. Pursuant to art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.6.
